Thank you for shopping with Artworks! Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are custom-printed and typically require 2–5 business days to process before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada (Domestic): 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- Japan: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are flat-rate per destination zone and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For orders shipped outside Canada, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices. Customs processing may also add delays beyond the estimated delivery window.
